Where problems with Freeview reception are experienced in poor signal areas on some or all Freeview channels, we recommend that you upgrade your aerial to the CAI Benchmarked wideband model as shown above.
Ideally, The aerial should be externally mounted on a substantial steel pole and fed with WF 100 Low Loss cable.

Please note:

This aerial has a MASSIVE gain and should never be used when a transmitter is close by. It is designed for use in areas of very weak signal. It should be used only with High Quality WF 100 cable.

Aerials of such high gain also have a very narrow "focus" so alignment is super-critical. They will not work well if you guess the direction of the transmitter or if you mount them on top of a very long pole.
