When will Channel 4 and Channel 5 be Free to Air ?

A

Channel 4 is Free to Air right now at 10.729GHz V, 22000 S/R, FEC 5/6.

Channel 5 is now Free to Air at 10.773GHz H, 22000 S/R, FEC 5/6 It is listed as Channel Name FIVE on non freesat receivers. It is also on the Freesat EPG.

My sky digital system gives 'broken' pictures in even mildly bad weather - despite several expensive 'calls out' by the Sky people.

Have you removed the clear protective covering which is on the front of the display?. If not it gives the appearance that the front is scratched and marked.

PLEASE NOTE: The clear protective covering is VERY difficult to see.

I would like to watch and control my channels in another room but I don't want Sky people running ugly wires everywhere. What can I do?

Since having Sky Digital, we have lost all of the German and other channels - How can we get to see them again ?

You will need a separate 'proper' digital receiver to run alongside your Sky Digibox.. Both receivers will run from one 80 cm satellite dish, giving hundreds of extra channels

We have just changed our TV for a new model and find that the Sky Remote will no longer operate the TV!

A

This is because your Digibox Remote Control no longer has the correct codes to work your TV. You must change the codes to suit the new TV.
