Q

When will Channel 4 and Channel 5 be Free to Air ?

A

Channel 4 is Free to Air right now at 10.729GHz V, 22000 S/R, FEC 5/6.
Under Channel Name on a non Freesat STB it states 8350 instead of Channel 4.
We have no info regarding when Channel 5 will be available.

Q

My sky digital system gives 'broken' pictures in even mildly bad weather - despite several expensive 'calls out' by the Sky people.

A

The small dish provided is simply not good enough to cope...Upgrade your dish to put an end to this annoying problem once and for all... For details of a suitable product...CLICK HERE

Q

Why can I not record the films and special events that we can watch on Sky digital ?

A

Because Sky don't want you to ! So they scramble the pictures in "Macrovision" to spoil your fun.

Q

I would like to watch and control my channels in another room but I don't want Sky people running ugly wires everywhere. What can I do?

A

There is a device called a 'Video Sender' that simply plugs into your system and sends all of the channels 'through the air' to any room in the house......No wires, No mess, simply plugs in. For suitable product.....................CLICK HERE

Q

Since having Sky Digital, we have lost all of the German and other channels - How can we get to see them again ?

A

You will need a separate 'proper' digital receiver to run alongside your Sky Digibox.. Both receivers will run from one 80 cm satellite dish, giving hundreds of extra channels

Q

We have just changed our TV for a new model and find that the Sky Remote will no longer operate the TV!

A
